- Installation of heat pumps and modernization of cold sources for the purpose of using waste heat - DČP No. 1: Source part The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the supply and commissioning of new refrigeration compressors and new heat pumps for the use of waste heat to the two main cooling engine rooms (hereinafter referred to as "energy center") within the implementation site, their proper commissioning and warranty service for the first 30,000 engine hours for each of the delivered machines. The exact number and parameters of the required machines are specified below and further in the tender documentation. The subject of the performance of the Public Contract, including the technical conditions, is defined in detail in the draft Contract for the work (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), the binding model of which is Annex No. 1 of the ZD. The participant is obliged when processing the offer be based on all the information and documents that are part of the ZD and the Agreement, including the information listed in Annex No. 9 of this ZD - Technical documents.
