Description of the contract: The subject of this public contract is the implementation of inspections / servicing of medical gas distribution equipment, for medical devices classified in risk class IIa, IIb, ie safety technical inspections (hereinafter "BTK"), inspections and repairs on source supply units of medicinal gases and source supply equipment of ramps in accordance with Act No. 268/2014 Coll., on medical devices and the amendment of Act No. 634/2004 Coll., on administrative fees, and also the service of compressor stations and vacuum sources, according to Decree No. 85/1978 Coll., on inspections, revisions and tests of gas equipment, both as amended and other generally binding legal regulations, technical standards and instructions issued by the manufacturer.
