Description: The subject of the contract is continuous and repeated supplies of various types of infusion solutions, which will be realized in quantities and deadlines according to the current needs of the hospital for 36 months from the signature of the framework agreements according to sub -orders. The performance of the performance is particularly defined in Annex 3 ZD and the conditions of implementation of the public contracts are included in the proposals of framework agreements on the individual part of the public contract (Annex No. 2 of this ZD). Participant offered in partial performance A, B, D and E only medicinal products for which the State Institute for Control of Drugs is set out of public health insurance, or medicinal products covered by the N-medicine issued by the General Health Insurance and the Union of Health Insurance Companies involving hospital medications and insurance companies are guaranteed by them. The duration of each framework agreement is 36 months.
