• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the supply of a new laboratory device - an Infrared QCL microscope for the Preclinical Center. The device enables high-throughput automatic imaging of cells and tissues by measuring transmitted or reflected IR light. Microscopic The IR image provides spatial information about the chemical composition of biological samples, reflecting histophysiological or histopathological changes and enabling detailed prescreening of a higher number of histological sections (approx. 50 per day) before expert evaluation histopathologist. It is a compact instrument, without the need for liquid N2 cooling, with a tunable laser (QCL) source of IR radiation, high measurement speed, a wide range of measurable samples and automated quantitative evaluation of tissue image.
