- The subject of the public order is:
a) the purchase of the Information System for the Slatinne lazně Třeboň - the health and accommodation part (hereinafter also "IS") providing comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation agendas and accommodation agendas, as well as the creation of an implementation analysis and the subsequent implementation of the system and its integration becomewhich systems, data migration, gradual testing and related services,
b) provision of technical support for a period of 8 years with the possibility of extending this period, incl. ServiceDesk services, operational requirements and incidents (SLA) solutions, system maintenance and updates, legislative updates, system development and relatedprogramming services,
c) transfer of relevant license authorizations and exercise of rights in accordance with the requirements of the License Agreement.
