Description: The subject of the public contract is:
(a) the design of the work consisting in the design, development, delivery and implementation of the information system simplified registration of subsidies (hereinafter referred to as "IS ZED"), including the initial analysis of the existing environment of the contracting entity, system integration, data migration, testing, system modifications, system documentation, training Users and provision of necessary user and property rights and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Work"),
(b) making changes to the work before it is completed in the range of up to 150 females,
c) providing management and maintenance services (service services) IS ZED A
(d) providing IS ZED development services, the limit of the number of mock orders for development services is set at 150 females per year, with the possibility of transferring an exhausted quantity of these females to the following calendar year.
The subject of performance is described in detail in the proposal for a contract, which is Annex 1, ZD, in particular Article III. Object of the contract. The subject of this public contract is not the supply of hardware.
