Description: The subject of the public contract is to create an information system for the management of test sets (also "IS SPOT") designed for professional tests according to individual legislation, in particular Act No. 257/2016 Coll., On Consumer Credit, as amended, Act No. 256/2004 Coll., On Capital Market Entrepreneurship, as amended and Act No. 170/2018 Coll., On Insurance and Security Distribution, as amended, which will also allow them to publish, generate tests and Collection and evaluation of the statistical data on carried out examinations, as well as the provision of relevant SW licenses, support, future development and consultation in connection with the IS spot.
The closer definition of the subject of the public contract is contained in the draft contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of the tender dossier (hereinafter referred to as "ZD").
