- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the processing of project documentation according to the standards of ČKAIT services. This involves the implementation of complete design and engineering activities and the provision of all necessary decisions, including the acquisition of legal authority, the provision of other measures of public administration bodies or other actions that enableimplementing the plan under the name "Kutna Hora Klimeška indoor pool and outdoor swimming pool" (hereinafter also "construction") in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (hereinafter also construction law) including representation in relevant proceedings.
