Contract description: Delivery of a new special traction unit independent of traction for ETCS diagnostics and for ensuring the driving of diagnostic tools of the Railway Administration (towed wagons), according to the technical requirements of the contracting authority, specified in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation (Technical specifications), hereinafter only "Vehicle". The contracting entity requires a completely new vehicle and excludes reclaimed or refurbished vehicles from the tender.
