• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is construction modifications to change the purpose of use of the completed building with the original operation of a hotel with a restaurant to a school building with teaching spaces for a secondary and elementary art school. The proposed building modifications address internal changes to the functional division and layout of theindividual floors, modifications and changes to installations and environmental technology equipment. They interfere with the supporting structures to the minimum extent necessary. Historic New Town Hall building no. 29 is a registered immovable cultural monument - register number 8- 2439 and, like other buildings in Horni naměsti, is part of the zonemonument protection.
  Summary of the basic scope of construction work:
  a) demolition work
  • in 1.P.P.: reduction of the existing level of floors
  • in other cases demolition work and dismantling in connection with the adjustment of the layout of individual floors and the solution of related construction professions
  b) construction work contdealing with the adjustment of individual floor layouts
  c) construction work related to fire safety solutions
  d) implementation of related construction professions:
  • air-conditioning (ventilation and air conditioning of newly built premises in 1.P.P.)
  • central heating (implementation in newly built premises 1 .P.P.)
  • sanitary engineering (sewage drainage and internal water supply, implementation in rooms affected by construction modifications and its connection to existing distribution systems)
  • high-current electrical installation (implementation in rooms affected by construction modifications and its connection to existing distribution systems)
  • low-voltage electrical installationouda (alarm security system, electronic control of entrance to the building, structured data cabling, uniform time, emergency sound system - evacuation radio, closed camera system) DNSH measures and fulfillment afterterms and conditions related to the conditions of the IROP 2021-2027 subsidy program. The scope of the contract also includes ancillary budget costs defined in the contract's terms and conditions.
  The subject of performance is defined in detail in Appendix No. 3 Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions).
