Description:
The subject of the Public Contract is the supply of ICT infrastructure elements specified in more detail in Article 5 of Annex No. 1 ZD Technical specification and the provision of service technical support services specified in more detail in Article 6.1. appendix No. 1 ZD Technical qualification. All functional requirements for the supplied hardware are specified in more detail in Appendix No. 2 ZD - Catalog of requirements. The subject of the Public Contract further includes the implementation of the delivered infrastructure elements, i.e. their deployment in the Principal's premises, their setting and integration with the necessary surrounding infrastructure systems of the Principal. This means that the supplier will perform revival of supplied hardware; wiring; the initial setting of the elements so that they serve their purpose in the Client's environment and the configuration of the connection of the elements with the existing operational services of the Client. The public order is implemented as part of the project entitled "Cybernetic security of the city district of Prague 1", co-financed from the National Recovery Plan program, on the basis of Call No. 46 - Cyber security - urban districts, project registration number CZ.31.2.0/0.0/0.0/24_145/0011567. The supplier is obliged to comply with all rules and conditions resulting from the said subsidy program, which apply to the Public Contract.
