• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract is the supply, setup, implementation and support of an information security management system (ISMS) in the Client's environment. The subject of the Public Contract includes the analysis, deployment, acquisition of the necessary licenses of the tool, its deployment, setting according to requirements (work) and subsequent service and development support (technical support services and methodological development services). A more detailed specification of the subject of Public Procurement is given in Annex No. 1 ZD Technical Specification and in Annex No. 2 ZD Catalog of Requirements. The subject Public procurement is the conclusion of a contract for work (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), which forms Annex No. 3 of the ZD. The public order is implemented within the framework of the project entitled "Cybersecurity of the Prague 1 district", co-financed by the National Recovery Plan program, on based on Call No. 46 - Cyber ​​security - urban areas, project registration number CZ.31.2.0/0.0/0.0/24_145/0011567. With regard to this fact, taking into account the rules according to § 18, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ, the public contract is awarded in an above-limit regime. The supplier is obliged to comply with all rules and conditions resulting from the said subsidy program, which apply to the Public Contract.
