- The purpose of the public contract is to ensure a comprehensive strengthening of cyber security in premises I and II of the PΕibram Oblast Hospital, a.s., within the project "Increase and support of cyber security in the PΕibram Oblast Hospital, a.s." The project responds to the requirements of Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security, and NUKIB Decree No. 409/2025 Coll. The technical specification of the subject of the contract corresponds to the target state (the so-called to-be) and serves as a binding framework for ensuring compliance with the obligations of the regulated service provider in the regime of higher obligations.
The subject of the contract is the acquisition of hardware and software for the purpose of ensuring the contractor's cyber security standards.
The performance of the public contract will include in each relevant part the following deliveries and related services as divided into parts below:
β’ delivery of backbone switches
β’ delivery of distribution switches
β’ delivery of access switches with PoE
β’ delivery EDR/XDR system for the protection of end devices
β’ delivery and introduction of a privileged access management system (PAM)
β’ delivery and implementation of a centralized network access control system (NAC)
β’ delivery of necessary and further specified accessories
The public contract is divided into a total of seven parts:

β’Part 3 - Event recording and log management technology
β’Part 4 - SIEM Incident Detection and Evaluation Technology
