Description:
The subject of the contract is to conclude a contract for the implementation of cyber security measures leading to increasing the security of information infrastructure and information systems of the contracting authority so that the requirements for ensuring cyber security pursuant to Act No. 181/2014 Coll. about cybernetic Security and amendments to related laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), Implementing Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., On Safety Measures, Cyber Security Incidents, Reactive Measures, City of Cyber Security and Data Security (hereinafter only "Decree") in conjunction with the implementation of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2022/2555 of December 14, 2022 on measures to ensure a high common level of cyber security in the Union and amendment (EU) No 910/2014 and Directive (EU) 2018/1972 and cancellation (EU) 2016/1148 (Directive NIS 2) - (hereinafter referred to as "Nis2" to the Czech legal order.
