Description: The subject of the public contract is the elaboration of a study and project documentation and the performance of the author's supervision for the building of the apartment building "in Alley". The new building will include a number of 35 flats of 3 + 1 and 4 + 1 for cooperative housing (+/- 10 housing units). The actual number of apartments will be examined by a contractor in the processing documentation processing, studies and documentation for territorial decisions. In part of the first floor, commercial premises and parking will be situated.
