Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the services - the processing of project documentation and all related engineering activities within the project of regulation of public space in the municipality of Pteni according to an architectural study prepared by Ing. Vaclav Krajc and Ing. Hana Patočkova Lančova, whichIt is annexed to 4 The tender documentation. The aim of the project is to revitalize the main public space in the center of the village. The renewal solves the entire space comprehensively, including technical infrastructure and furniture. The project documentation will be divided in such a way as to divide the project implementation into separateStage:  Stage 1: PACKAGRICS  Stage 2: Parking at the school  Stage 3: The remaining public space The estimated value of investment expenditure of the future project will be about 46 883,- CZK without VAT. Services will specifically include the following activities:  Project processing for building permits Engineering activities to issue a building permit, including filing to the building authority through the builder's portal  Project for the implementation of the construction, including the budget and report of the assessment  author's supervision in the construction of the construction to the extent and under the conditions defined by Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act and in particular DecreeNo. 131/2024 Coll., on Documentation of Buildings and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., On the determination of the scope of documentation of the public contract for construction work and inventory of construction work, supplies and services with the statement.Technical design
