- The subject of the fulfillment of this public contract is to complete all work, services and supplies related to construction within the contracting authority's project. Specifically, it is the construction of buildings according to project documentation and the bill of the term "PD networking of locations for the construction of 12 RD, Urbanice" elaborated Vectura Pardubice, s.r.o., 17 November 233, 530 02 Pardubice, IΔ: 03020223, head engineer Ing. MatΔj SlovaΔek, responsible designer Ing. OndΕej KvaΔek and others see project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation").
All properties, procedures, requirements and specifications are given in the proposal Agreements for work, which is Annex 3 of this tender documentation and in the project documentation, which together with the statement of the assessment of Annex 4 of this tender documentation.
The technical supervision of this contract shall not be carried out by the supplier or the person with him interconnected.
If in the tender conditions, the technical Specifications, Project Documentation or Base of the Aim of the Aim of Statements, Products, Products or Patents for Inventions, Utility Patterns, Industrial Patterns, Traders or Degree of Origin, so according to Section 89 (6) of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. Reference for clarification of technical conditions that would not be sufficiently accurate and understandable without its use.
