- The subject of the public contract is the demolition of the existing building and the construction of the new building. The building will continue to serve for the provision of social services, especially for children and youth. The newly designed building is partly single -storey and partly two -storey with a terrace and adjacent parking. It will also include the reconstruction of the garden, where a small playground and a relaxation zone will be built.
