- The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work within the project called: “Implementation of energy -saving measures on the building of the former Stein factory in Slaný” consisting of the reconstruction of the former rubber plant B, especially in thermal insulation of the peripheral building, replacement of fillings, installation of gas heat pumps and Installation of the PVE system on a building that is more detailed in Annex 5 - Project documentation processed by Ing. Petr Švanda, with its registered office: in Bažantnice 2640, 272 01 Kladno The subject of the public contract will be implemented by the supplier in accordance with generally binding legislation, valid ČSN and regulations concerning the safety of labor and technical equipment. In the event that the amendment to one of the above regulations, respectively. Another legal regulation relates to the subject of the performance of the public contract shall be valid and effective, the Supplier is obliged to follow these new legal regulations and instructions (procedures) in the implementation of the public contract.
