• Description:
• The subject of the public contract or concession is the creation of conditions for the implementation of an optical network in the Domanín locality. These are preliminary market consultations. Taking into account the nature of the subject of the public contract, the contracting authority decided to use the possibility of conducting preliminary market consultations in within the meaning of § 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ"). With this form, the contracting authority announces the preliminary market consultation in an open manner. As part of preliminary market consultations, the contracting authority informs the supplier of its intentions and requirements and is interested in finding out whether his requirements and conditions are realistic. All suppliers who are considering submitting an offer for a public contract can participate in preliminary market consultations. Preliminary market consultations will be conducted in such a way as not to disrupt this economic competition or the principles of awarding public contracts in the sense of § 6 ZZVZ. The contracting authority assumes that preliminary market consultations will take place from February 6, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., at the contracting authority's headquarters, or online.
