Description:
The subject of the public contract is to deliver and implement the contractor's obligation to the existing information system of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "IS OCS") to the extent and in the manner described in the contract "Implementation of the IS OPC" and its Annexes, and to train the contracting authoritiesEditing IS UOHS. When fulfilling the contract cited, all data stored in the ISC and the level of cyber security required by the relevant legal regulations will be maintained, the contracting authority will be allowed to use the ISC, including the implemented modifications as a whole in the extent specified by the quoted contract and its annexes,This including the provision of the necessary licenses and the rights to exercise property rights. The subject of the public contract is also the subsequent provision of support services, maintenance of SW and development to the extent and under the conditions specified in the contract "Providing services of support and development of IS OCS" and its annexes.
