- The subject of the public contract is the execution of work consisting in the comprehensive delivery and installation of the mobile part of the ETCS security system of application level 2 (Level 2), which will comply with the basic standard 3 (Baseline 3) for 11 units of railway vehicles of the
753.7 series, in accordance with the requirements listed in enterdocumentation. The contract also includes the delivery of related technical documentation, including documents necessary for the operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment, including the implementation of equipment changes and all documents necessary for the operation of such retrofitted locomotives on the railway lines of individual countries as requiredof the legal regulations of these countries, which will not be of a provisional or trial nature, including documents on type approval (homologation) and certificates of competence or other
similar documents relating to each locomotive.
