Description: The subject of public contracts awarded in the DNS will be the provision of timber production services, primarily at the site of the point of departure (hereinafter "OM"). The subject of the public contract (execution of logging activities) includes in particular the execution of logging, handling of wood to the required assortments, approach of wood to OM, including the classification of wood according to assortments and landfilling. It will be possible to use technologies that are specified in the DNS categories for the production of wood. The required technology will always be specified in the invitation to submit a tender in the sense of § 141 of the Act. The contracting authority is also entitled to set more detailed requirements for a specific technology in the call for tenders within the meaning of Section 141 of the Act, or to limit the use of technology used and to set such service requirements that take into account the environment and conditions in which the technology is to be deployed. (eg determine the requirement for the transport of timber in a full trailer or the parameters of the harvester, etc.).
