- The subject of the public contract is the supply of objects used for education and training (aids), tools, devices and materials for teaching chemistry, physics and biology. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract is the supply of computer technology, didactic aids and projection technology.
Supply, installation and uvput into operation at the principal's headquarters must be carried out in accordance with the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic and standards according to generally binding legal regulations.
The equipment must be new, unused, not refurbished, not pledged, not loaned, not encumbered by leasing or other legal defects and must not violatet no third party rights to patent or other form of intellectual property
