- (nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of performance is Course scope 8 teaching hours, i.e. 1 training day. With the number of 18 course runs, a total of 144 teaching hours, i.e. 18 training days. The goal of increasing the expertise of direct care workers and social workersof other workers in this area is to change their way of thinking when providing service to clients with a medium and high level of support and to focus on finding resources in the client while training their self-sufficiency. At the same time, it will provide motivation for the workers themselves to change the way they provide the client servicetűm - identification of excessive care in exchange for support. Workers acquire abilities and skills in the field of working with the relationship between the client and the worker, during case work. The subject of the public contract is to ensure the implementation of - educational programs, courses and support by an external expert for workers according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., about socialservices, as amended • direct care • social workers • senior staff of social service facilities for persons with disabilities established by the Zlin Region • staff of the directorate of organizations providing social services - Socialni služby Uherske Hradiště, p.o.
