- Implementation of educational activities and process audits in facilities for persons with disabilities in the Zlin Region
Description of the contract: The scope of the course is 8 teaching hours, i.e. 1 school day. In the case of 18 courses, a total of 144 teaching hours, i.e. 18 school days. In order to increase thethe importance of primary care workers and social workers in this area is to change their way of thinking when providing services to clients with a medium and high level of support and to focus on finding resources in the client while practicing his self-sufficiency. At the same time, it will provide motivation for the employees themselves to changein the way of providing services to clients - they will exchange excessive oven identification for support. The employee will acquire abilities and skills in the field of working with the relationship between the client and the employee, during case work.
