Description: Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS) for the award of public contracts for the acquisition of oils, lubricants and operating fluids to ensure the operation of ground and air technology of the ACR and armies of NATO member states and means for cleaning, lubrication and conservation of ACR weapons meeting quality parameters according to basic military standards - Military quality specifications for fuel (hereinafter referred to as "VJS fuel") and civilian standards, which are listed for certain individual types of means for cleaning, lubrication and conservation of weapons, according to the requirements of technical documentation of manufacturers of ground and aircraft equipment and weapons governing warranty and post-warranty operating conditions of equipment and weapons.
The DNS is divided into two categories, which differ in the subject of the performance of partial public contracts, which the contracting authority plans to enter in the DNS.
