- The subject of the public contract is repeated supplies of immunopreparations and blood derivatives for the client's patients. The public contract is divided into 11 parts in accordance with the provisions of § 35 of the Act. A specific medicinal product is required for part of the public contract No. 2 to No. 8. Items in part of public contract No. 2 to No. 4 are from the group of normal immunoglobulin for intravascular application. The items in part of the public contract No. 5 to No. 8 are from the group of normal immunoglobulin for extravascular application. The supplier submits a separate offer for each part.
