- The subject of the public contract is the provision of supplies of reagents and related consumables for the provision of biochemical and immunochemical analyzes according to the specifications contained in Annexes 1 and 2 of the procurement documentation, for a period of 96 months from the date of introduction automated lines with analyzers and possibly stand-alone analyzers (borrowed by the contractor selected by the supplier) for routine operation. Supplies of reagents and related consumables will be carried out on the basis of the purchase agreement, the wording of which forms Annex 7 of the procurement documentation. The requirements for the supply of reagents and related consumables are further defined in the draft purchase agreement. At the same time, the subject of the public contract is the free borrowing of an automated line, including pre-analytical and of post-analytical modules, analyzers, control software and other related consumables for the field of biochemistry and immunoanalysis and possibly stand-alone analyzers according to the specifications contained in Annexes 3, 4 and 5 of the procurement documentation. Whole the required automated line solution must form one functional unit. The automated line will be located in the newly built Pavilion Z3, which is located on the client's premises at the address VΓdeΕskΓ‘ 1958/9, 140 21 Prague 4 - KrΔ.
