- The subject of the procurement procedure is the purchase of materials and components for the construction of a prototype line for the production of railway sleepers, which is divided into parts, according to ยง 18 of Act No. 134/2016Coll. ZZVZ. The contracting authority has divided the subject of performance of this VZ into seven separate parts. Suppliers can submit a bid for one oro even more parts. The offer must be submitted separately to the relevant section to which the supplier submits his offer. Even if the supplier submits bids for several separate parts. In the case of any other aggregate offer, that offer will be automatically excluded from the evaluation.
