Description: The subject of the performance of the public contract "ICT and Meters for Scopling is Velešín" is the delivery of ICT and meters to the SOŠ Velešín in accordance with the specified technical specifications of individual equipment items.
The public contract is divided into 3 parts in accordance with Section 101 of the Act. The supplier may submit to one, two or all three parts of the public contract.
The offer will be submitted as completely independent for each part of the public contract. Offers in the Public Procurement will be considered and evaluated independently of the tenders submitted in other parts of the public contract. The contract with selected suppliers (for each part of the public contract, the contracting authority will be selected by one supplier) will always be concluded for the individual part of the public contract separately.
Unless otherwise stated otherwise, the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority are identical to all parts of the public contract.
