Description: The subject of the framework agreement is the purchase of licenses and support for IBM software products and related services for the Central Contracting Authority and the Contracting Authority, namely the purchase of:
1) licenses for all IBM software products included in the IBM Passport Advantage licensing model;
2) support for new and existing IBM software products included in the IBM Passport Advantage licensing model;
3) Authorizing contracting authorities are also entitled to request the performance specified in paragraph 3.1 in points 1) and 2) of this ZD in the form of an IIPAASTA license package, provided that the conditions for the provision of the licensing model in question set by IBM are met. IBM International Passport Advantage Agreement Special Terms Adendum (IIPAASTA);
