- The subject of this procurement procedure is the delivery and installation of a cooling machine in the building of the client Energoblok. The existing chiller supplies cold water to the IATCC administration building. Dismantling and disposal of the existing cooling machine is part of the fulfillment. The purchased cooling machine will e.gconnected to the existing system, for that reason it is necessary that it fulfills the same technical parameters as the existing machine.
