- The subject of the VZ is: - Processing project documentation for issuing the building permit and project documentation for construction (hereinafter referred to as “PD”), - ensuring the final building permit, incl. Provision of all opinions of the affected state administration bodies necessary for issuing this permit, - execution of the construction according to PD and other activities related to the construction, - provision of author's supervision, - securing the person of the OSH coordinator, - ensuring the performance of the technical supervision of the builder. The subject of the VZ is the design of the layout changes (location and supplementation) of technical gases, strength distribution, low -voltage distribution, air conditioning, healthcares, including additional laboratory equipment and furniture.
