Description:
The subject of the public contract is the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as the "TDS") within the construction entitled "Kamenny vrch II", in the preparation phase, during the construction and during the handover of the construction for the duration of its warranty period, ie cooperation in the preparation procedure The contractor of the building, ensuring the supervision of the timely and quality design of the work carried out by the contractor so that the work is made in accordance with public decisions, documentation for construction, bidding budget of the contractor, budgetary costs for construction, Valid technical standards ČSN and generally binding legal regulations and at the same time provision of support during the warranty period of the work.
The performance of TDS activities also includes the performance of the activities of the OSH coordinator (hereinafter referred to as the "OSH coordinator") pursuant to Section 14 of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., Regulating other safety requirements and Health protection at work in labor relations and to ensure safety and health protection in activities or providing services outside labor relations (Act on ensuring other conditions of safety and health at work), as amended.
