Description:
The subject of the public contract is to process the energy performance of buildings (hereinafter referred to as "PENB") for buildings owned by the Statutory City of Pardubice, situated in locations in the city, Annex 1 to this tender documentation (cover certificates for part 1.5, part 1.6, part 1.7 and part 1.8, ie 5. - 8. Balik). PENB will be processed in such a way as to meet all requirements resulting from the relevant current legal regulations, in particular Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, as amended, and under the conditions stipulated by Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. 264/2020 Coll., On the energy performance of buildings, as amended.
The purpose is to fulfill the obligation of the contracting authority in relation to the PENB resulting from the legal Regulations pursuant to the previous paragraph - the subject of performance must be elaborated in such a way as to enable the contracting authority to properly fulfill these obligations. The supplier is obliged to assess all buildings listed in Annex 1 in terms of the legal obligation to make PENB and make all the necessary PENB.
