- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the delivery, installation and demonstration of the functionality of 2 mobile X-ray devices with a C-arm, which will be used in the operating theaters - traumatology, orthopedics and surgery of the TGM Hodonin Hospital, a contributory organization.
Part of this public contract is furthere training of a servant (briefing) by a person authorized to do so according to § 41 paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2021 Coll. on medical devices and on amendments to Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on medicinal products and on amendments to certain related laws (Medicines Act), as amended. delivery of relevant documentation, upgradee, free performance of warranty service, revisions of the device, safety technical checks and long-term stability tests in accordance with applicable legal regulations, standards and manufacturer's instructions, for the entire warranty period, which is 24 months.given devices after the expiry of the warranty period.
