Description:
The subject of the public contract is: - carrying out surveys and pre -demolition audit; - elaboration of project documentation: "Hospital Nove Město na Moravě - Warehouse of Health Material and Archive - Project Documentation" to the extent of the standard of project documentation for construction and project documentation for the construction of the building. These are buildings of the storage of medical material and waste management (for detailed description see Annex 5 ZD). The project documentation will be divided by individual buildings. - Elaboration of the Plan Ensure the safety and health protection at work on the construction site in accordance with the law No. 309/2006 Coll., regulating other requirements of health and health protection at work in labor relations and to ensure safety and health protection in activities or providing services outside employment relations (Act on ensuring other safety and health conditions)) as amended, and Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll. wording, and other activities arising from the above laws in the preparation phase; - Securing the activities of the OSH coordinator in phase preparations of the building; - Performance of the designer for the duration of the construction.
