- The subject of the performance of the public order will be the supply and related services of the hospital information system (hereinafter referred to as "NIS") for the provision of health care for the Palava Sanatorium, including the connection to internal and external information systems, the provision of related operational support services (maintenance, update, upgrade and SLA, etc.) and information system development incl. drawing up an exit plan. Delivery of operational infrastructure (servers, disk arrays, backups, etc.) is not part of the performance. The operational infrastructure up to the level of the operating system will be ensured within the scope of cooperation. The design must match the terms of the contract resulting from this procurement procedure. The performance of the public contract must also comply with all applicable legislation, in particular Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services, as amended, reporting payments to health insurance companies, and be in accordance with the standards of electronic healthcare according to the requirements of the Ministry of Health. The performance of the public contract also includes the provision of periodic user training and training of the contracting authority's NIS administrators, the provision and maintenance of related documentation and the provision and maintenance of source codes. NIS will be an important information system in the sense of Decree No. 317/2014 Coll., on significant information systems and their determining criteria.
