Description: The subject of the public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result pursuant to Section 10e (4) of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, as amended.
The public contract will be implemented using the method (“EPC”) concerning the buildings of the hospital in Brandýs nad Labem (building A, B, C). It will be a comprehensive contract including the preparation, implementation and subsequent long -term monitoring and evaluating the results of established energy economical Measures, while the supplier provides the contracting authority for the achievement of expected economic benefits. As part of the project implementation, the following measures are compulsory by the contracting authority:
• Replacing the fillings in the peripheral walls,
• Insulation of peripheral walls,
• Thermal insulation of roof structures,
• Reconstruction of the distributor and collectors of heating branches, building c
• IRC installation in selected areas,
• Installing a photovoltaic power plant,
