- With regard to the nature of the public contract, the contracting authority decided to use the possibility of leading market consultations within the meaning of Section 33 of the Act. Within the preliminary market consultation, the contracting authority informs the supplier about its intentions and requirements. Information obtained through preliminary market consultations will beThe contracting authority used exclusively for optimal setting of the tender conditions further described. The contracting authority is interested in announcing the tender for a public contract, which will be subject to Act No. 108/2006 Coll.For clients of the Home for the Elderly in Valtice, while the supplier will be obliged to ensure the preparation and import of all -day diet in continuous operation, including Saturdays, Sedi and the State of recognized Holidays of the Czech Republic. The import of food will take place according to the timetable designated by the client. Based on Decree No.505/2006 Coll.; 120, -CZK for lunch, including operating costs related to food preparation, food supply and VAT, with this decree to draw on diabetic food. The daily diet is composed of 5 courses in this division:Breakfast, snack, lunch (soup + main meal), snack, dinner, II. Dinner (in the case of diabetic diet), drinking regime (tea, sugar, lemon).
