Description:
The subject of the public contract is to build a home for the elderly to the Pňov-Předida. The whole intention brings together several buildings. The main building is a new building for the elderly, including new connections of utilities, which is solved on a separate plot
and will have its own number descriptive number. Part of the plan (sideConstruction) is the design of a new shelter for containers, building modifications of the existing building no. 50, paved areas of travel and walking, including parking spaces and transport connections for both the existing building and a new building, fencing and adjusting the area of engineering networks. More specifically: acting: actingof a two -storey new building without a basement with a capacity of 18 beds. The construction of the building will be located on the applicant's land. The planned construction will result in a new capacity of the Home service with a special regime for persons over 65 years of age. The new DZR building will meet the material standard M1. INThe building will be three housing units, each with three double rooms and a common room with a kitchen. A bathroom with a toilet will be accessible from the rooms. The building will also include facilities for staff, infirmary, server room, cleaning and utility room.
Part of constructionA new building is also a connection to a technical infrastructure. All entrances to solved buildings are designed as barrier -free, including paved areas andcommunication.
