- 4.5. The contracting authority set the maximum value of the public contract at the level of CZK 5,400,000 excluding VAT. If this price is exceeded, the participant will be excluded from the public contract
The subject of the public contract is the supply of 5 new and unused vehicles with an alternative drive in the technical specification defined in more detail inAnnex No. 2 of this Tender Documentation
The contracting authority allows the combination of several types of vehicles provided that the technical parameters of the subject of the procurement procedure are met.
The contracting authority does not accept only the electric drive of vehicles, as such a solution is contrary to the technical specification of the subjectabout the procurement procedure.
The subject of the public contract will be implemented by the supplier in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, valid ČSN and regulations regarding work safety and technical equipment. In the event that during the performance of a public contract, an amendment to any of theof the above-mentioned regulations, or another legal regulation relating to the subject of the performance of the public contract becomes valid and effective, the supplier is obliged to follow these new legal regulations and instructions (procedures) during the implementation of the public contract. - Documents :
