- The subject of the public contract is the processing of documentation at the level of zoning decision (DUR) of the Home for the elderly in Pardubice on the land of st. lot No. 5603, lot No. 4130, lot No. 4131, lot No. 4132/1, lot No. 4132/2, lot No. 4212 and parts of lot No. 4210/4, all in c.u. Pardubice.
This level of project documentation will beprocessed using the BIM method (Building Information Management - Building Information Model) according to the requirements listed in Annexes A, A.1, A.1.a, A.2, A.3. procurement documentation.
The subject of the performance is also the provision of engineering activities and the development of a technical-economic assessment of energy-beneficial measuresand waste water utilization.
