Description: The subject of performance of the public contract is the execution of construction works and the provision of related supplies and services consisting in the construction of "Home for the Elderly in Lomnice nad Popelkou". Detailed specification is contained in ZD and its annexes. The subject of performance is also: (i) activities during construction work, (ii) provision of geometric plans, (iii) processing of workshop and production documentation, ie reinforcement drawings of reinforced concrete monolithic structures, and production documentation of prefabricated ceiling structures and steel structures, (iv) processing of documentation of the actual construction, (v) securing the complete equipment of the construction site, including its security, (vi) securing the transport measures caused by the construction.
