• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the existing main building of the home for the elderly and the construction of two new pavilions and economic buildings on the grounds of the Javorník Home for the Elderly, a contribution organization. The subject of public procurement is closer specified in the business and payment conditions (Appendix No. 3 of the procurement documentation and Appendix No. 4 of the procurement documentation) and the project documentation and list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions (hereinafter referred to as the "list of works") (Appendix No. 6 of the procurement documentation). The subject of the public contract will be implemented using the Building Information Modeling method (hereinafter referred to as "BIM"). The client's requirements related to BIM are set out in the BIM protocol, including the appendices that form the appendix procurement procedure documentation (Appendix No. 7 of the procurement procedure documentation).
