- The subject of the design competition is the architectural solution of a public building of a home for the elderly. The new construction of the Home for the elderly in Červeny Kostelec will be implemented on land owned by the city. Parking for visitors can be proposed within the boundaries of the Družstevni-Sadova territorial study. A home for the elderly should provide accommodationcare and comprehensive care for clients who will be staying here for a long time and at the same time provide space for a relief service for seniors from the nearby area. Social services "home with special regime" (DZR) and "home for the elderly" (DS) will be provided in the building. The total capacity is 66 beds divided intoof several operational units (communities), which will be able to be operated separately in the regime for a home with a special regime, a home for the elderly and respite services for approx. 16 people (medium-term accommodation for elderly people dependent on care). The home will also serve for patients with dementia.
