- Development of an urban-architectural proposal for a residential development in the Holinska Předměsti locality in the scope of a proposal for the location of buildings in the area plan, a proposal for transport and technical infrastructure, a proposal for regulation and determination of conditions for development (height and density of development, typology of buildings). The location is nacis located on the northwestern outskirts of the city and has an area of approximately 16 ha. The area under consideration is enclosed between Markova streets and the I/35 road, on the south side it adjoins the existing development of the "garden city" in the form of single family houses and on the north side to the development in the cadastre of the municipality of Kbelnice.
