- Hořice sports hall - project documentation This is a public contract for services. The subject of the public contract is the preparation of: 1. Documentation for the removal of buildings in the former SUS area, including a prefabricated chimney in the area of the sports facility, including security the decision on the removal of the building and the documentation for the selection of the demolition contractor and the processing of the itemized list of works and supplies and the itemized budget for the removal of the building. 2. Ensuring the necessary surveys (engineering-hydrogeological, radon) and geodetic orientation for the processing of complete documentation for planning permission (DPZ) and documentation for the selection of a construction contractor (DVZ) 3. complete documentation for planning permission (DPZ), including securing binding opinions of the relevant state administration bodies - engineering activity and ensuring a positive decision of the building authority on the project permit 4. documentation for the selection of the construction contractor (DVZ) and the processing of the itemized list of works and supplies and the itemized construction budget.
