- The subject of this VZ is to ensure the operation of the technological device for speed measurement, including the technical infrastructure that is needed for its installation and operation for the Customer, with the necessary care, properly, on time and in the agreed quality, while the Customer undertakes to provide the Contractor with allnecessary cooperation, take over the technical infrastructure and pay the price for its construction according to this Agreement and also pay the rent for the provision of technology according to this Agreement. The individual obligations of the Contractor subject to the Contract are: a) delivery and construction of structures (masts) at individual locationsh for the placement of technology and the provision of electricity on these structures according to the specification of Annex No. 8 of this ZD, including the processing of all construction permits and the necessary statement and processing of project documentation, b) delivery and installation of hardware for operating evaluation softwareand validation of traffic offenses according to the specification of Annex No. 8 of this ZD, c) delivery and installation of software
